Statement by the Police Area Returning Officer for West Midlands

As Police Area Returning Officer I am responsible for coordinating the election and announcing the result for the West Midlands.

The election for the Police and Crime Commissioner will be held on Thursday 21 August 2014; the candidates standing in that election, alphabetically by surname (as they will appear on the ballot paper), are:

  • Jones, Les (The Conservative Party Candidate)
  • Khan, Ayoub (Liberal Democrats)
